Leslie Berger is the principal of Idea Resources, Inc. and works with Orrington Strategies as an Associated Consultant on a project basis. Leslie has over 15 years in business consulting and works on strategic planning, strategic marketing, enterprise challenges and innovation initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies. Her clients include well-known companies such as GE, Nestle Purina, Kraft Foods, SC Johnson, Frito-Lay, Papermate, Capital One and Darden Restaurants (including The Olive Garden & Red Lobster).
Leslie has extensive marketing consulting and facilitation experience in a broad range of categories including food, consumer products, pet food, financial services and restaurants. She has also taught as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University. And, before founding Idea Resources, she worked for The Leo Burnett Company, and J.Walter Thompson.

Leslie received a Masters from Northwestern University in both Advertising as well as Learning and Organizational Change and a Bachelor's Degree in American Studies from Northwestern University. She has served on the Northwestern University Board of Trustees, Board of the Alumni Association, and several not-for-profit organizations committed to serving children, including the board of the Children's Memorial Hospital Graziano Fund.
