Jo is the co-founder of The Sage Network. She works with Orrington Strategies as an Associated Consultant on a project basis. Jo has fourteen years consulting experience in marketing and business strategy. Her work includes brand strategy and positioning, new product development, consumer segmentation, strategic planning and market analysis.
Jo has worked with many Fortune 500 companies, as well as non-profits. She spent six years with The Cambridge Group, a consulting firm specializing in Demand Strategy. As a Project Director at The Cambridge Group, Jo managed project teams on assignments to develop strategies across a variety of industries, including consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, financial services, retail and media. Prior to The Cambridge Group, Jo was a consultant with Gemini Consulting, Accenture and Booz Allen and Hamilton.

Before launching her consulting career, Jo worked in new product development on the design of telecommunications products for Philips Radio Communications.
Jo received her MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management with concentrations in Marketing and International Business. She holds a Masters of Engineering from Bath University in England and a B.Sc. in Engineering (1st class honors) from Bath University. She serves on the Board of The Triple C Foundation (Children's Cancer).
