Bernardo Levy is the
Chief Technology Officer and Webmaster for Orrington Strategies, and
has over twenty-five years of experience leading large computer engineering
efforts. He has developed numerous new products and holds several
patents in chip design, PBXs, desktop computers and software. He has led
major projects for Burroughs, the Urban Institute, Zenith Data Systems and
Tellabs.

Bernardo is known for his ability to solve complex problems through innovative
approaches and tenacity. Bernardo received his Masters in Electrical Engineering
from the University of Illinois and also has a dual Bachelors in Physics and
Mathematics from Instituto Technologico, Monterrey, Mexico.
